The instructions for the key and car park very easy to follow. The location suited us fine. It was warm and comfortable. The owners responded quickly to queries.
The furnishings, utensils and spare bedding blankets all need replacing. Very tired and old looking. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.

There was a slight miscommunication with the check out time - the instructions I was sent prior to our stay said check out was 11am but the cleaner turned up at 10am. But other than that it was great

The bathroom was nice and modern, overall space of the apartment was good and view from balcony was great. Parking nice & easy.
The bed in the main bedroom was so uncomfortable, you could feel the mattresses coils / support structure. No A/C, fans or heat pump. The photos also make the property look much more modern/bigger than it actually is. Some of the blinds were broken & those that were there were inadequate requiring an eye mask all night every night due to the bright street lamps.

Very spacy and comfortable for my family of 4, very comfortable bed, inclusive washer and dryer, top corner unit with excellent view, very clear and easy to follow check-in and -out instruction left by the owner (or manager? Didn't meet the person, instruction was left via email only), secure parking.
I booked the place based on price listing (cheapest at the top) on bookings.com. i thought I got a great bargain. Only after booking confirmation that I saw there was an additional $75 cleaning charge included to the initial listed price which was not shown earlier. That should be clearly included in the list earlier, a bit unfair and unfortunate for me especially when I stayed there for only one night and did not really leave my mark. But yeah, I am partly to blame also for trusting the listing. Hopefully bookings.com can enhance the listing because the place is good value for money.
